- Service Failure: If we are unable to deliver a VIN report due to technical error.
- Incorrect Charges: If you are charged in error or duplicate charges occur.
- Discontinued Service: If we discontinue the specific VIN report product after purchase.
3. Non‑Refundable Items
- Reports delivered successfully as described.
- Fees for expedited or specialized research beyond standard VIN checks.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please:
- Email support@pulseinspect.com with:
- Your order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund - Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days and may request additional information.
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases (e.g., partial service delivery), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Any partial refund amount will be clearly communicated.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it. This may delay or forfeit your refund eligibility.
